Read my complaint on there,it's quite lengthy,but well worth the read.
I had laminate flooring installed over a year ago. Still not right. Floor not leveled properly before install,lots of air pockets, soft spots and popping up.
Gave me the runaround for a year,then got mad because I finally reported them to BBB
PLEASE READ BBB COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. THEY ARE ALL VERY SIMILAR.
POOR WORKMANSHIP,POOR FOLLOW-UP. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
