Management is horrible, and NEVER returns phone calls! I put a work order in about my door not closing and locking all the way, and had to call them 2 days later to find out when this could be fixed. And im a single mother. So obviously, my life and my daughters life are not inportant. Terri B. (realtor) is a liar, and knew nothing about Florida real estate, only New Jersy. It's been problem after problem since the day of my lease signing. I wouldn't recommend this company to dog, let alone a family!
